MAT ist auf die Entwicklung und Herstellung von Die-Attach-Systemen für die Mikroelektronikmontage spezialisiert. Die Attach ist der erste und wichtigste Prozess bei der Montage von hochwertigen mikroelektronischen Komponenten und Systemen. Die von MAT entwickelten Die-Attach-Systeme platzieren und verbinden (bonden) Halbleiterkomponenten wie ASICs, Mikroprozessoren, Sensoren, MMICs, MEMS, VCSELs und Fotodioden präzise in ihren Gehäusen mit Hilfe von Klebstoff oder metallurgischen Verfahren (Eutektik, Thermokompression, Ultraschall, Ag-Sintern).

Doch wir haben auf der anderen Seite auch sehen können, was man - gerade in schwierigen Zeiten – in einem guten Team alles erreichen und wie motivierend eine harmonische Zusammenarbeit sein kann.
productronica was held on the fairgrounds of Messe München on November 16—19 in observance of strict hygienic rules: Exhibitors were required to be recovered from a COVID-19 infection, be vaccinated or have a negative PCR test result. Visitors had to be either recovered or vaccinated. A total of 894 exhibitors from 36 countries and about 20,000 visitors from nearly 70 countries attended this year’s edition of the world’s leading trade fair for electronics development and production. The share of international visitors among all visitors was around 60 percent in spite of all the restrictions.

Trade fair events will once again be possible in Bavaria as of September 1, 2021. This was announced last week by the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs together with Messe München. As a result, the world’s leading trade fair for electronics development and production can take place as planned from November 16 to 19 in Munich. Companies still have the possibility to take part in productronica 2021 as exhibitors.
